Now In: Return Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satified with your order, you may return your item to Compton Controls, Inc. for an exchange or refund, excluding freight, within 14 days of invoice date.

The item must be returned in unused condition including all accessories, hardware and manufacturer's original packaging as sold.

Before returning an item, call customer service @ 1-877-835-9640 to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number for your return. The return address is:

The RMA number needs to appear on the outside of all packaging and paperwork. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Returns should be insured since we can only issue credit for documented receipts of product.
